We are proud of our Harry Colt course which usually remains playable year-round because of the excellent drainage. We are highly ranked amongst Somerset clubs and courses, with wonderful views over Bath and the surrounding countryside from our elevated location.
The Club has a full calendar of competitions and matches for those who enjoy competitive golf, regular roll-ups and flourishing Women’s, Men’s and Junior sections, with a good balance between participation, enjoyment and ability.
Our subscriptions for 2026-27 are shown below and the year starts on 1st April, however, if you join during the season, fees are at agreed on a pro rata basis.

Student Membership is now full for the Academic year commencing in October 2026.
The Club has available a limited number of Range memberships for those who only wish to use the Driving Range.
Please note that joining the University Student Union Golf Society DOES NOT provide any playing rights, with access to the course only for those students who have taken up Club Membership.
Non members can still play the course with concessionary student green fees available at off peak times if you are a member of the SU-Golf Society. This also includes the SU-Golf Wednesday Roll-Up. All players must be of an acceptable golfing ability, have their own golf clubs and wear golf clothing and shoes on the course. Green Fees must be paid in the Pro-Shop before play (clubhouse bar if the shop is closed).
We are a thriving members’ club, however, membership is maintained at a level to ensure we are never too busy overly crowded.
